I was commissioned by the creative agency, Cornelia Creative, to develop a mock content marketing strategy for Dunkin' to help them with organic growth on TikTok in 2026. In my final strategy pitch, I go into what's working and why, what's not working and why, identify the three primary content pillars which Dunkin's page struggles with, give strategic recommendations, and identify KPI's.

During my process, I did market and competitive analysis, breaking down the strategy of direct competing brands, learning why it was they succeed in specific areas more so than Dunkin'. This allowed me to give real-world evidence as to why my recommendations would work, and what problems specifically they would solve.
